Shipping Policy

We offer free delivery in the UK excluding Northern Ireland. For Mainland UK orders, standard delivery usually takes 2-4 working days. For Non-Mainland UK including the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Isles, delivery may take slightly longer.

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to addresses in Northern Ireland or outside the UK. However please revisit soon as we are looking to offer international delivery as we grow.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED
We’re sorry about that. If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days and you haven’t heard from our team already, please send us an email at hello@sollasadrinks.com with your order number and we will look into it straight away.

CAN I TRY BEFORE I BUY?
We currently don’t provide miniature samples. Please take a look at the ‘Find Us’ page on our website and our Instagram feed for some of the outlets that stock us.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our returns and exchange policy is 30 days. If you’ve changed your mind and want to cancel your order, please get in touch with us at hello@sollasadrinks.com. If your order has already been marked as dispatched you cannot change or cancel your order, however you can return your order for a refund minus shipping cost and admin fee as long as the item is unopened, sealed, undamaged and packaging intact.

We are able to refund or exchange any orders that arrive faulty or damaged minus a small admin fee. If you suspect you have received a faulty item, be sure to take a photo if the outer box or product is damaged, contact us immediately at hello@sollasadrinks.com and we will investigate.
