Dragon Colada

When the sun’s out and you have that beach feeling, reach for the Colada. Fruity tropical flavours abound.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Sollasa
  • 50ml Coco lopez
  • 50ml Pineapple juice
  • 15ml Monin Chai tea syrup
  • Pinch of Sichuan pepper
  • Slice of dragon fruit for garnish

METHOD

  • Add all the ingredients and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into a highball glass.
  • Garnish with a slice of dragon fruit.
