Dragon Colada
When the sun’s out and you have that beach feeling, reach for the Colada. Fruity tropical flavours abound.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Sollasa
- 50ml Coco lopez
- 50ml Pineapple juice
- 15ml Monin Chai tea syrup
- Pinch of Sichuan pepper
- Slice of dragon fruit for garnish
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into a highball glass.
- Garnish with a slice of dragon fruit.
