25ml Elderflower Cordial
Soda Water
Cucumber
Mint
Ice
Method
Pour Sollasa into a tall glass over ice. Add elderflower cordial and top up with soda water. Stir and serve with a slice of cucumber and sprig of mint.
Best served with… Fresh spring vegetable curries.
Sollasa Spritz

50ml Sollasa
100ml Prosecco
Soda Water
Orange x2
Cardamom pods
Ice
Method
Pour Sollasa into a wine glass over ice. Add prosecco and top up with soda water. Stir and serve with a slice of orange and drop in the cardamom pods.
Best served with… Samosas, pakoras and plenty of chutney.

Sollasa Sour

Ingredients
50ml Sollasa
25ml Lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
1/2 egg white (optional)
Angostura Bitters or Lemon
Ice
Method
Add Sollasa, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Dry shake the mixture for 10 seconds. Then add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10 seconds to create a lovely smooth texture.
Strain mixture into a rocks glass over ice and add a dash of Angostura bitters or garnish with lemon peel.
Best served with... Tandoor or BBQ grilled dishes. Our favourite is grilled lamb kebabs.
Sollasa Rum Punch
warm & relaxed
Ingredients
25ml Sollasa
25ml Dark Rum
25ml Lime juice
Tablespoon of honey
Angostura Bitters
Grated nutmeg
Fresh Mint
Ice
Method
Add Sollasa, dark rum, lime juice, honey and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Strain mixture into a rocks glass over ice and add a dash of Angostura bitters. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a sprig of mint.
Alternative: Strain mixture into a highball glass with crushed ice and top up with soda water.
Best served with... Daal and piping hot naan.


Sollasa Basil Gimlet

50ml Sollasa
20ml Lime juice
15ml Simple syrup
5-6 leaves of basil
1 dash grapefruit bitters
Ice
Method
Add Sollasa, lime juice, simple syrup, basil leaves and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Strain mixture into a coupe glass and add a dash of grapefruit bitters. Garnish with basil leaf.
Best served with... Chaat starters.

20ml Lime
Curl of cucumber skin

Method
Add Sollasa, elderflower cordial, cucumber water (skinned, juiced and filtered through a sieve) and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Strain mixture into a coupe glass. Garnish with cucumber curl.
Best served with... Fresh seafood dishes.

40ml Sollasa
20ml Reposado Tequila
5ml Amaro Averna
2 dashes of orange bitters
Orange zest
Ice
Method
Add Sollasa, reposado tequila, Amaro Averna and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Strain mixture into a coupe and add a dash of orange bitters. Garnish with orange zest.
Best served with... Spicy lamb curries.

12.5ml Simple syrup
2 dashes orange flower water
Champagne/Cava
Lemon peel

Method
Add Sollasa, lemon juice, simple syrup, orange flower water and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Strain mixture into a flute. Top up with champagne/cava and garnish with lemon peel.
Best served with... Tandoori prawns.
