A little taste of Japan wherever you are. Balanced, uplifting and moreish.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Sollasa
- Strawberry or cherry jam (melted or add water to liquify)
- Top up with London Essence Peach and Jasmine Soda
- Cardamom pods for garnish
METHOD
- Add ice to a wine glass
- Add all ingredients and stir
- Garnish with cardamom pods
Accompaniment: Tastes extra delicious with a big serving of sunshine
