Okinawa Spritz

A little taste of Japan wherever you are. Balanced, uplifting and moreish.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Sollasa
  • Strawberry or cherry jam (melted or add water to liquify)
  • Top up with London Essence Peach and Jasmine Soda
  • Cardamom pods for garnish

METHOD

  • Add ice to a wine glass
  • Add all ingredients and stir
  • Garnish with cardamom pods


Accompaniment: Tastes extra delicious with a big serving of sunshine
