A flavour filled adventure
We believe delicious food deserves a delicious drink. No washing it down with generic beer or ill-matched wine. So we, brothers-in-law Vishal and Sajag, set out to create a lower-alcohol spirit with a sophisticated taste that goes beautifully with food. In search of this unique blend, we turned to the flavours of India, the home of our heritage.

A delicate creation
We worked with leading chefs, mixologists and food scientists to create a delicate blend of flavours. Bringing together citrus, fresh herbs and cooling spice. A unique combination that brings out the very best in the food it’s enjoyed with.
Inspired by our roots
Our greatest source of inspiration, and the root of our name, is Manasollasa. It’s a 12th century Sanskrit text considered the first Indian recipe book. The text expounds the importance of taste and flavour in food and drink, and their power to bring joy. This principle is at our core. This joy is our mission.
We believe a well crafted drink cannot only taste delicious on its own, but also bring out the best in the food it accompanies; taking that cherished experience of a meal to new heights. We hope you enjoy that adventure with Sollasa.
