Sollasa 75
The lovechild of a classic champagne cocktail and a French 75. Bright and fresh cocktail that lifts the citrus elements of Sollasa. Serve in a champagne flute.
INGREDIENTS
- 35ml Sollasa
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 12.5ml Simple syrup
- 2 dashes of Orange flower water
- Top up champagne, cava or cremant
- Lemon peel for garnish
METHOD
- Add Sollasa, lemon juice, simple syrup, orange flower water and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a flute.
- Top up with champagne/cava or cremant.
- Garnish with lemon peel
Accompaniment: Freshly fried samosa or pakora with herb yoghurt chutney.
