Sollasa 75

The lovechild of a classic champagne cocktail and a French 75. Bright and fresh cocktail that lifts the citrus elements of Sollasa. Serve in a champagne flute.


INGREDIENTS

  • 35ml Sollasa
  • 20ml Lemon juice
  • 12.5ml Simple syrup
  • 2 dashes of Orange flower water
  • Top up champagne, cava or cremant
  • Lemon peel for garnish

METHOD

  • Add Sollasa, lemon juice, simple syrup, orange flower water and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a flute.
  • Top up with champagne/cava or cremant.
  • Garnish with lemon peel


Accompaniment: Freshly fried samosa or pakora with herb yoghurt chutney.
