Sollasa Spritz

A highly refreshing spritzer to enjoy in the garden with friends or on a balcony for a sundowner. The cardamom pods really make this extra special.


INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Sollasa
  • 100ml Prosecco
  • 100ml Soda water
  • Cardamom pod (popped) and orange peel for garnish

METHOD

  • Add ice to a wine glass.
  • Pour in the Sollasa and prosecco then top with soda water.
  • Garnish with cardamom pod (popped) and orange peel. 


Accompaniment: Samosas, pakoras and plenty of chutney.
