A highly refreshing spritzer to enjoy in the garden with friends or on a balcony for a sundowner. The cardamom pods really make this extra special.
- 50ml Sollasa
- 100ml Prosecco
- 100ml Soda water
- Cardamom pod (popped) and orange peel for garnish
- Add ice to a wine glass.
- Pour in the Sollasa and prosecco then top with soda water.
- Garnish with cardamom pod (popped) and orange peel.
Accompaniment: Samosas, pakoras and plenty of chutney.
