Sollasa Lychee Martini

Make your Martini more exotic with this delicious mix of Sollasa, Lychee and Rose.

INGREDIENTS

  • 35ml Sollasa
  • 15ml Lychee liquor
  • 25ml Lychee juice
  • 15ml Rose flower syrup
  • 15ml Lemon juice
  • Rose petal for garnish

METHOD

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Shake and strain into a martini or coupe glass
  • Garnish with a rose petal
