Sollasa & Ginger

For those that want to heat up the spice notes of their Sollasa.


INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Sollasa
  • 150ml Ginger ale
  • Fresh ginger for garnish


METHOD

  • Add ice to a highball glass.
  • Pour in the Sollasa and top with ginger ale.
  • Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger.
