Sollasa & Ginger
For those that want to heat up the spice notes of their Sollasa.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Sollasa
- 150ml Ginger ale
- Fresh ginger for garnish
METHOD
- Add ice to a highball glass.
- Pour in the Sollasa and top with ginger ale.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger.
