- 50ml Sollasa
- 25ml Fino sherry
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Agave nectar
- 15ml Fresh pineapple juice
- Green cardamom pod (popped) for garnish
Add all the ingredients and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a sherry or wine goblet.
Garnish with a green cardamom pod (popped)
